At Stryker Hot Sauce, we take pride in every bottle we ship out. Each order is packed with care and inspected for quality before it leaves our facility. Because our products are food items, all sales are final—no returns or refunds will be issued for opened or consumed products.
That said, we stand behind our product and your satisfaction is our mission.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective in any way, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, a refund, or another solution.
